Terms of Service

General
These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services. When an order has finally been sent, it is binding. Other terms and conditions are invalid without express approval.

Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value

Delivery / delivery time
The goods are only delivered to Switzerland. Other countries are supplied on request. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. The goods remain the property of the seller until they have been paid for in full. After successful prepayment, the goods are delivered at the customer's risk. The delivery time (shipping method) is chosen by the customer.

Delivery cannot be delivered
If a delivery cannot be delivered (regardless of the reasons), we will usually get it back within 3 weeks.
We will send you the delivery again for the additional cost of CHF 4.50.

Font size / font thickness
If the customer does not explicitly mention or define the font size before or in the order, we will optimize this on the sign based on automatism and our experience. When ordering multiple signs, we try to engrave all signs the same size if possible. Repeat orders are not necessarily engraved in the same size as previous orders without a clear mention on the part of the customer. The font thickness can vary for technical reasons and is no reason for exchanges or the same.

Changes to placed orders
Orders that have been placed can generally neither be canceled nor changed.

Return policy / guarantee
All goods specifically manufactured, finished and / or engraved according to customer requirements are excluded from the right of return. A one-week right of return is guaranteed for all other goods, provided the goods are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. A 2-year guarantee is granted on all items.

Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to all contractual relationships between customer and seller.
