The Sonnex sign is clamped in our engraving machine, making sure that the sign is in the middle. So that the black paint color of the Sonnex sign is not damaged during engraving, a film is stuck over the sign. In addition, the sign must be cooled with a coolant during the engraving. Only the cooling process can prevent damage to the sign during engraving. Due to the black lacquer color of the sign, it is important to follow the work steps precisely. This is the only way we can guarantee that the sign will not be scratched or otherwise damaged. As soon as the name is engraved in the desired font and size, it is cleaned and polished. The sign is now ready for dispatch and will be sent to the customer by post.
